- got xbmc running with the instructions to compile (frodo)
- going to settings/general
- in skins: using the arrows up and down (though obviously no other skin installed on hd)
- screen turns black.. no way to recover..

-> restart does not help
-> checked xboxmediacenter.xml
-> tried to solve by deleting the whole directory on xbox and copy everything to xbox again

this did not help. upon loading of xbmc the screen stays at the evo-x picture (that one that is always shown when starting apps from evo-x) xbmc will not start up again.
thought might be related to some configuration files (in skins?) ore whatever. wondering why reinstalling the whole app do not fix this problem. maybe some settings are stored anywhere elde?!?!?

will give it some more tries today and let you know.

delete system.bin in e:\tdata\face008

also make sure that theres only 1 subdirectory in skin
called mediacenter
i've seen ppl copying the cvs folder also;-)
so if you got
skin/mediacenter
skin/cvs

then delete skin/cvs
it should not b there!
