as you might have noticed i'm on a roll here, complaning nah i'm not complaining, i just need to get some things cleared up.

in xbmp the support for running vcd (mpg) inside .bin images was really good. but when i try this feature in xbmc it crashes 9 times of 10. isn't it fully implemented yet or are you working on gettin rid of all of it's bugs?

damn i really want to convert to xbmc but it's impossible in it's current state. will have to run them both for a while longer, keep up the good work!

i really miss that in xbmc too.
i´ve read several posts saying that all i should have to doo is to share the bin-file with smb or whatever, but it doesnt work.
when i try to play a bin-file the screen just flickers and returns to the file selection.

not that it helps you much, but vcd and svcd playback always works for me. haven't had any problems with the 01-15 build.

first make sure you are using samba, it is better than the other protocol, believe me. then make sure you have enough permissions on the .bin file you are trying to play. it should pop right up.
