XBMC 2004-01-02 and Relax

i know there are issues with relax and xbmc.  i also know there is a new relax to come to resolve these issues.  however, the issue that is with the latest cvs is a little odd.  i have my relax share setup and it works just fine...so long as there is a dvd disc in the drive with the 2004-01-02 build.  if i remove the disc and then access my relax share it shows my root shares but when i try and access them further it asks me to insert a disc in the dvd drive  Huh .  this had not occured on any other xbmc build i have used before. it doesn't seem to matter what disc in the drive, so long as there is one.

would just like to make this issue known, if anyone else has seen this please mentioned it.

thanks, and keep up the good work.
