i have a precompiled xbmc 1.1.0 in my xbox. i download 1.1.0 source code package and compile the default.xbe myself. after i overwrite the default.xbe in the xbox, the dvd step back/forward feature is broken(hang)! do i need to compile mplayer also? ho to do it? thanks!

actually, the mplayer.dll is already compiled in cvs. its in the mplayer folder. you're best bet is to install everything when you build from cvs. lots of things change, especially skin related stuff. also, be sure to delete your e:\tdata\face008 folder.
