Hi,
I recently experience a new xbmc bug. I performed a clean new Windows installation. Then I installed xbmc with aeon skin. Everything woked just fine but after i added some backdrops and updated the library i had a really high cpu usage...
I diabled the library and removed the backdrops but nothing helped! The CPU ist constantly over 50% and it used to be by 0%!
Anybody an idea?

I solved this problem now. Diabled threaded-optimization in nvidia options.
Now I have a CPU usage about 7%. Is this normal. It seems still pretty high...

Don't think so. Windows has only one line there: SDL_GL_SwapBuffers();

WiSo, should we put this into Trac?
I don't know about you, but I think this should have rather high priority. Having the CPU running at 100% and not being able to powersave (I'm guessing the problems are linked) is quite serious. I, for one, really don't want to use it on Windows before those problems are fixed.
Cheers.

Sure everything should go to trac with as most information as possible but I don't think this is related to not going into power safe mode.
